With operations in Portugal, Spain, France, and Italy, the company has grown exponentially supported by 160 employees of, at least, 25 nationalities. We started CASAFARI with a mission to organize the real estate market into an efficient data-powered ecosystem to enable and accelerate deals through a transparent and safe B2B platform. CASAFARI isn’t just another data aggregator: it's an entire operating system that powers real estate agents in real-time, removing the asymmetry of knowledge, accelerating transactions, and opening up new opportunities for iBuyers, property developers, investors, and Q-commerce operators and beyond to reach their investment objectives.


Your role

  • Work closely with our B2B customers to ensure their satisfaction, developing strategies to promote their retention and loyalty;
  • Support our existing customers, answering all their questions;
  • Gather feedback from customers and handle customer requests;
  • Support customer-focused marketing campaigns;
  • Actively achieve a high level of customer satisfaction/engagement and work on projects to add/boost value to our existing customers.


What we're looking for

  • Languages Skills (at least 1): Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, French Plus  fluent in English
  • Obsessed about client's satisfaction 
  • High service orientation
  • Patient and active listener
  • Autonomous with good organization skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving, self-driven, proactive, and with a strong growth mindset
  • Energetic and pro-active 
  • Bonus: Interest in the real estate market
