Your role

  • Being the main go-to-person for our clients from a portfolio assigned to you, most of whom are real estate agencies/brokerages;
  • Organizing and conducting workshops, training sessions, and webinars for existing clients on new product features;
  • Onboarding new members of our client's teams;
  • Building relationships with a decision- and opinion-makers in each agency of your portfolio;
  • Helping conduct product/customer interviews to understand real problems and workflows; consult clients on our solutions or formulate feedback for our product team.


What we are looking for

  • Native Portuguese or Spanish, fluent English;
  • 2+ years of experience in real estate (preferably in a brokerage/agency);
  • Love for real estate;
  • Deep understanding of workflows and dynamics in transactions between brokerages/agencies;
  • Understanding/experience with technology for real estate professionals;
  • Service-oriented mindset;
  • Self-disciplined, organized,
  • Ability to multitask, work and focus under pressure;
  • Curiosity, strong growth mindset, ability to learn fast;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Empathetic, desire to help and support clients.
